Burners

The seller of this artefact kept calling it "the mother of all burners". Maybe he knew something.

 

To me this is a glass bower torch. It has three lines: gas, oxygen and air.

Those Bunsen burners used to be the most abundant piece of equipment in student laboratories.

Classic alcohol burner

"Mechanized wick" alcohol burner with a patent number from 1903.

Same thing as at left...a bit more transparent and probably a later design.
